Selling a home in today’s market, while netting top dollar and successfully closing escrow, takes area-specific skill and experience.

* Establishing a competitive price when selling your home requires familiarity with the particulars of comparable homes in your area that have recently sold and those that are currently on the market.

* “Staging” your home in preparation for its sale will really help your home to show its very best and make sure that it stands out from the competition. Working with a designer and realtor team experienced in decorating and enhancing homes prior to their sale will help you to get the maximum bang for your buck, and help your home to sell faster.

* I am involved with my clients every step of the way, working with the buyers’ agent, pest companies, home inspectors, title companies, insurance companies, movers, even cleaning people if needed to ensure that escrows close smoothly, and all parties involved are pleased at the end of a transaction.
